Entirely renovated, ocean-view condominium unit with convenient elevator to haul the luggage up and a beautiful pool (with balcony view) with enough sunlight to make swimming enjoyable, but shaded seating to feel the sea breeze and listen to the birds chirping.

Furnished to appeal to the modern traveller, upgraded Wi-fi, Netflix and Amazon TV, along with 100 cable channels, unlimited domestic calling, along with India, Canada, Mexico and China.  Fast, multiple USB chargers, so if you can’t disconnect on vacation, you can stay connected.  Plenty of luggage racks and high quality linens, including pool towels and high thread count sheets…not to mention new memory foam mattresses.

Relax on the porch in hammock chairs or sip a cocktail from the over 9-foot kitchen bar.  The kitchen is outfitted with all you need to cook and a dishwasher…because who wants to wash dishes on vacation.  Need to wash a load of laundry?  In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience, not to mention hair dryers, iron and ironing board.  

We want you to kick back and relax, you don’t have to pay for sheets and make the beds or bring your own towels…we have it covered.  Oh, and don’t worry about shampoo, conditioner, or bath gel either…it is waiting for you in the shower.  We know what amenities we like when we travel and tried to provide those for you. Life can be difficult enough, vacation shouldn’t be!

Not to be forgotten, the #1 reason visitorse come to beautiful Surfisde Beach South Carolina: the beach. Located steps away from the condo, within eye sight, reached by either of 2 beach access.  Plus the condo is far enough from Surfside Drive to not feel congested and noisy, but only .5 mile walk.  Walk along the beach to the Surf Diner and watch the waves crash as you eat breakfast (tell Donna that Sally sent you), or eat a bean burger or hamburger at River City Cafe, throw your peanut shells on the ground while you try to spot the dolphins.  Surfside Beach is a beautiful family beach, the sand cleaned every morning for your enjoyment.

You can also easily walk or bike to the Pier at Garden City beach to enjoy fishing, a 1950's era Arcade and live music at the beginning and end of the Pier.  You can drive to all of the attractions of Myrtle Beach and Pawley's Island, including mini-golf, helcopter rides, water parks and every restaurant you can imagine.

Look around at other beach condos, they don’t come close to matching our standards of comfort and beauty.

As always, no smoking inside the unit.  Any hint of cigarette smoke will incur $250 cleaning fee.  Great expense has gone into renovating the condo, so it can be enjoyed by all, and we ask for you to treat the unit with respect, utilizing common sense.  Cigarettes can be smoked on the covered patio, with the sliding doors to the unit closed.

Although we love dogs, you have to leave your furry friend at home…building rules.
