Growing, senior healthcare start-up on the hunt for a talented Inside Sales Manager to play an instrumental role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and an internal culture built around measurement and analytics instead of gut instinct. 

Our seasoned team of entrepreneurs, start-up executives, and marketing gurus are looking to add an up-and-coming sales all-star to the team that doesn't take no for an answer, will do what it takes to close the sale, is a master in the art of follow-up, and will go the extra mile to serve our clients - we love them!  You will have the opportunity to learn sales skills from executives who doubled and tripled sales goals at past jobs.

We provide a suite of recruitment and marketing tools to senior healthcare companies -- it's a multi-billion dollar industry. To date, our product has received rave reviews and we're looking for someone to help us expand nationally.

• Base salary $20 - $25k depending on experience  + competitive commissions & bonuses with potential for $80k+/year in this role as there is no cap

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

• No sales experience necessary, however you need to be able to demonstrate that you can sell and wow us!

• Willingness to follow-up -- phone, e-mail, Linked-in, follow-up, follow-up, close and must be willing to pick-up the telephone and call for our industry

• Strong communication skills - you can carry a good phone conversation, overcome                  objectives, and craft a well-written e-mail

•  Ability to work well alone and in an awesome team - we're a small team so everyone must pitch in and work together

• A desire to learn – we know how to do it and how to do it well and can teach you to be a sales leader but you must have the desire

•  Strong entrepreneurial spirit and attitude

•  Compassion for the elderly and understanding of senior care issues
