Home Instead Senior Care in Elk Grove Village is in search of experienced Caregivers to provide non-medical home care to seniors in their private residence. Duties include: companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping and personal care. Experience providing personal care is preferred, including; bathing/showering, dressing assistance and incontinence care. Experience with transferring is also desired.
This candidate must be caring and compassionate. Must have excellent communication skills as you will be communicating with the client's family. Must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment. Must have reliable transportation to and from assignment.
Must be able to communicate in the English language
Must be able to provide proper documentation of legal work authorization
Must provide references and willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screening.
