Cost is $500 plus $115 testing fee and course lasts 15 days providing 120 hours of training. Visible tattoos must be covered at all times.Hair must be natural color. Aside from stud earrings,jewelry may not be worn in any visible body piercings. Artificial nails are not allowed. Natural nail tips must be kept less than one half inch long.
