Requirements

Diploma or G.E.D. Completion of health screening to include: verification of immunization against tetanus, measles, mumps, rubella and Hepatitis "B"; and negative test for tuberculosis • Satisfactory results of a Florida Department of Law Enforcement background check.

Additional Requirements

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers to include adults, infant, children, and automatic external defibrillator (AED) affiliated with the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
