Shanice worked as a professional senior caregiver, caring for her elderly Uncle through a special in-home care program in Illinois. She completed caregiver training to meet state requirements for certified caregivers and grew up in Chicago learning about the senior care industry from her mother, who has worked as a Certified Nursing Aide for more than 20 years. Shanice brings her knowledge of caregiver training needs and requirements to guide senior care companies through Caregiver Training University's online caregiver training.

Samantha joined Caregiverlist's Sherpa team as an intern through the Chicago Lights program and quickly developed her skills to become a knowledgeable guide to caregiving. After winning nearly every award at the Chicago Light's Summer Intern program's awards banquet, Caregiverlist was pleased to offer her a permanent position as she pursues her bachelor's degree. Sam brings her high-tech knowledge and exceptional patience to her caregiver sherpa duties, and all Sherpas also volunteer as tutors at Chicago Light's tutoring program in downtown Chicago.

Vera has assisted many individuals with healthcare solutions while working at a healthcare clinic and is pursuing a master's degree in counseling. She works with nursing aide schools nationwide to assist them in finding jobs for their graduates and interacts with professional caregivers who have questions about senior care employment. Vera moved to the USA from Russia as a child and understands all the various requirements a caregiver may face when working with American families from diverse backgrounds.
