We have families that are looking for a care giver or maybe even more than one caregiver to go into their home and take care of their loved one. Our agency services a wide variety of disabled children and or adults in different parts of Arizona. Some of the areas are: Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, All of Phoenix, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Ahwatukee, Scottsdale and more. We are looking for either part time or full time. We have children and adult clients from all ages.
The Care Giver needs to be reliable, show up to the shifts on time and be fun and creative. It is very important that you call at least two days before if you can’t make your shift. If you know you will be going out of town please let us know with in at least a week before you leave. The sooner we know the faster we can find someone to fill in for your shift until you come back.

First Aide
Class One Finger Print Clearance Card
Driver's License or State ID
Social Security Card
Insurance Verification
Vehicle Registration
3 year of Driving Record from DMV (servicearizona.com)
Criminal History Affidavit
GED or High School Diploma
You will need to have a reliable vehicle to get to the clients home. Most clients do need driving to take them out into the community for example; the park, movies, different therapies or appointments. If you don’t have you own vehicle but your using someone else and it won’t interfere with you getting your job done it shouldn’t be an issue for us as long as we have the Insurance Verification and Vehicle Registration for the person’s vehicle.

Every client is in need of different services, so depending on what services they need we will determine what classes are needed. Furthermore, if you haven’t completed any of the classes needed to work with the client we will set you up and we will pay for the classes that are needed. We will only set you up for the classes after we find you a client.
This job does not require any special training other than the classes we would send you to after we receive all of your requirements and have a client line up for you. If you have a CNA or RN license from the State of Arizona that will opt you out of having to take the Attendant care classes.
