Hello,
I am in search of applicants that are interested in working with disabled children. This is an in home service occupation for RSP, ATC and HAB. The disabled clients you would be working with are of all ages, sexes various cultures and backgrounds and disabilities will be from minor (higher functioning) to server (lower functioning).
Respite Services (RSP) involves general babysitting and you will be responsible for the clients so that the parents may have evenings out, weekend getaways, business meetings and social functions.
Attendant Care Services (ANC/ ATC) involves full care of our client with regard to personal hygiene, all meals, snacks and possible administering of medications. These clients are typically low functioning and low movement so they will need constant care.
Habilitation services (HAH/HAB) involves ONE-ON ONE service with clients that you will work with focusing on lifestyle skills such as: dressing, feeding, bathing, grooming, reading, writing, exercise or activities, ect.
Applicants must have or be willing to get the following:
1. Adult /Infant CPR Card
2. First Aide
3. Class One Finger print clearance card
4. Driver’s License/State Id
5. Social Security card/ Green card or Visa stating your legal to work in the United States of America
6. Criminal History Affidavit notarized stating that you have not committed any crimes
7. Copy of your driving record (www.servicearizona.com)
8. Insurance verification and Vehicle registration (this will always need to be current during employment)
9. Reliable transportation required
